The hotel's location proved convenient. It was easy to access nearby attractions. the friendly staff swiftly addressed all my queries and requests! i found the provided information regarding the bus to the airport very useful. the hotel also offered luggage storage after checkout, which allowed me to explore the city more freely.
The shower handle was a little difficult to manage. It needed some extra effort to adjust the water flow.

my room featured amsterdam scenes as wallpaper, a very nice touch. the room included a kettle, along with complimentary tea and coffee for my use. i especially enjoyed the coffee, i must say. the room's heating system worked perfectly, even in cold weather.

the hotel staff offered helpful information about the bus to the airport, which i found very convenient. they provided a vase for a bouquet. the staff responded quickly. their warm welcome created a sense of being a regular guest.

i found the staff helpful the receptionist assisted with directions the breakfast offered a good variety including fresh pastries the hotel provided complimentary toiletries this was useful the room had blackout curtains which helped ensure restful sleep.

i found the location excellent, just a short walk from the van gogh museum. the bus stop for the airport was also very close (the airport bus 397 is so convenient). the staff were friendly and helpful with directions (i got a little lost). the breakfast was simple but satisfying, with plenty of options.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected, but it was manageable for a solo traveler like me.
